Still working along on my Bronwyn sweater outside of my Year of Projects pieces right now. I think I have 3 more repeats (or 36 rounds) left on the body to get it to the underarms, which is my goal for this quarter on this project.

The above image is closer to the actual denim blue color, which is Brooklyn Tweed’s Faded Quilt on the Shelter yarn base, than the one shown below. And a close-up of those great honeycomb cables at the center which I adore.

Those cables are scrumptious! I love Shelter, it’s rustic and works up so beautifully. I look forward to seeing your finished sweater 😊
So beautiful! Shelter is amazing for cables. I made a similarly cabled sweater in Shelter this spring as a secret test and I can’t wait to start wearing it!
It is a really nice yarn. I’m quite partial to the tweedy bits in it but also, as you said, it shows of cables so well.
